Inchcape plc is a multinational automotive retail and services company headquartered in London, United Kingdom. It has operations in 26 countries across Africa, Asia, Australasia, Europe and South America.

Issues / Challenges

Develop a set of best practice processes with the central and dealer teams from a wide range of existing and different processes.

Aims of the project

The company wanted to ensure they developed their best practice processes for each area of the business.

Measures implemented

We facilitated ten workshops with the senior operational managers so the process blueprint could be established. We also provided support for the team as they converted these business requirements into system requirements with which the supplier could commence the development.
