Coaching & Mentoring


Since we formed in 2000, we have had an increasing number of requests from customers to help their people learn some of the techniques and implement them. We wouldn’t claim to be a training company so our focus is very much on ‘action based learning’ and we meet this need through:

  • Small group or individual mentoring over a defined length of time
  • Bespoke workshops with larger groups
  • Follow up in the workplace to assess progress

Process and Project Leadership is led by Stuart Copeland where his learning, experience and enthusiastic style enlighten a sometimes dry subject! Project Office set up and our implementation and training work is led by Fiona Copeland who can help people navigate the challenges of such work.
